Reese
Reese is 9 1/2 months old and is busy, busy, busy. She is into everything. I fear when she is a toddler. She can never sit still. I try so hard to be a good mother by having reading time with her, but she is just too crazy. She try's to eat the book or flip over or climb up me. One day we will finish a book...lol. At her 9 month check up she was 20 lbs and no longer in the 90th percentile. I think she is starting to stretch out a little more as she doesn't seem so chunky. Reese still has very little hair, but we have plenty of bows and flowers for our sweet little baldy! She is such a smiley girl and we absolutely adore her. She is a quick learner, to say the least. When she first crawled it took her one day to become a professional crawler, then the next day she was pulling herself up. A few days ago she began walking while pushing her walker and various things around the house. She is now pro. On Saturday, she has even started standing by herself. Even though she is still very young, I'm to the point where I want her to walk already. She try's so hard to keep up with her big brother that it would just make life easier for everyone if she could walk. Reese absolutely adores Nathan. She thinks he is so hilarious. I love the big belly laughs he can get out of her. They are buds.
Nathan is a few months shy of being 3. He talks so much more which has been a big relief for mommy. He loves the Toy Story movies and Buzz is his favorite character. We enjoy going to Disneyland and riding the Toy Story rides. He even got to meet Woody and Jesse this last time. He is starting to get into the super hero's. His favorites are Spiderman and Batman. He loves watching Incredibles, too. Nathan is still very shy and takes a while to warm up to people outside our family. He does love playing with "friends". When ever the doorbell rings at our house, he runs to the door yelling with excitement, "Friends! Friends!" It is very cute. This little boy could live outside if I would let him. He is always asking to go to the park and loves, loves when we go to the beach! Our backyard isn't finished so his time out back is limited. We are hoping to put a patio in before summertime, so that should help. Our latest adventure is potty training. We have definitely had some rough days, but he has actually been doing quite well. I am very proud of him. He loves his little sister and loves making her laugh. When Reese is crying in her bed he will often times go in her room and climb in her bed and play with her.

Susie, they are so precious! You are a lucky momma! I can't believe how fast Reese went from sitting, to standing to walking! She is a fast learner for sure!

I think its a commandment that if your kids are as darling as yours that you have to have more to add more beauty to the earth;). Seriously though, you make one adorable lil' family!
